Delivery and Returns
You have found something amazing so let’s get it in the post for you!
We aim to depatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it unless it is a custom made order or bespoke design. All tracked orders(if you have chosen this option) will require a signature so you may prefer to choose your place of work as an address so you don’t have to come home to the dreaded sorry we missed you card!
All of your parcels will be packed beautifully and securely as the fun doesn’t have to stop when you exit checkout.

We hope that you love our products as much as we do but for any reason you would like a return or exchange then that is no problem as long as you return it within 28 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com to request a return. Please see our refund policy below for t’s & c’s.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a free returns postage service and any items that are due to be returned are the buyers responsibility until they reach us. We do however have some little nifty tips to keep your postage costs down.
- Make up bags, small accessories, hats, t-shirts and vests can be packed flat and can be sent as a large letter
- Sweatshirts and hoodies should be able to be sent as a small parcel and remember to squeeze the air out!
We recommend sending your item tracked for peace of mind or at least obtain proof of postage as we won’t be able to refund until we have the item back at Sequin HQ. Please see below for the boring but very necessary legal bits.
Returns Policy- T’s & C’s
All refunds/exchanges must be made by email by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days once received and then we ask for all returns/exchanges to be sent back within 28 days please. We kindly ask that all items are returned in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.Under the distance selling regulations the buyer is under obligation to take reasonable care of the items whilst in their possession and get them returned by the requested 28 days.
Unfortunately any items that are returned in a non re-saleable condition will not be able to qualify for a refund/exchange and will be sent back to the buyer. This requires the garment to be returned unused and unwashed and free from any marks eg make-up, deodorant and fake tan.
Once we have received your items your refund will be credited back to you. Please allow 5 working days and it will be returned via whichever method you used to pay. Depending on your bank provider it can take 5-7 working days for the funds to show.
Faulty items and incorrect orders
Every item we sell is carefully checked over before it is shipped but in the rare occurrence your item is damaged then please contact us immediately within 7 business working days with photographic evidence and we will happily replace/exchange it. However the same rules apply as with a refund so we kindly ask that all items are returned to us unused and free from any marks. In this instance though we will refund your postage costs.
In the unlikely situation you receive the incorrect order we will also cover your postage costs which will be refunded to you as soon as we receive the items back and your correct order will be dispatched.
We must be informed of any missing parcels within 7 days of dispatch where we will start an investigation with Royal Mail though please let us know if the parcel turns up in the meantime. We will always post to the address provided when you place your order . Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail recommendations and are subject to their t’s & c’s.
Custom made designs and personalised items
Due to the custom nature of these orders we unfortunately cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless the garment is damaged or incorrect however if a word/name has been misspelt by us but you provided that misspelt information then we cannot be held responsible for this as we can only go on the details provided.
Please take great care when deciding on your garment size for personalised items and please feel free to email us with any questions regarding size and fit and we will help best we can. We will always try to describe items accurately and will provide a size chart from the manufacturer where we can.
Sizes are approximate and are as described by the clothing manufacturer so it is the customers responsibility to make sure they choose the correct size based on the guidelines. Regarding kids sizes we would always suggest if unsure to go one size/age group bigger in order to maximise the use. We are more than happy to advise on sizing so please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you further.
